We are dedicated to helping fraud victims recover their losses, but we cannot guarantee 100% recovery. All cases are evaluated based on specific facts and evidence.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity
• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete case information
• Authorize us to conduct necessary investigations and communications on your behalf
• Not engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct

3. Free Case Evaluation

We offer a free, no-obligation initial case evaluation. The evaluation includes:

• Analysis of the scam type, amount, and timeline you provide
• Assessment of recovery feasibility and potential obstacles
• Recommended next steps

The free evaluation does not establish an attorney-client relationship nor constitute legal advice. We reserve the right to decline any case.

4. Fee Structure

If we accept your case, the fee structure will be specified in a separate engagement agreement:

• Contingency Fee: A percentage (typically 15%-30% of recovered funds) is charged only upon successful recovery
• Flat Fee: Fixed service fee for certain case types
• Hybrid Model: Small upfront fee + contingency fee

Specific fees will be confirmed in writing after case evaluation. No hidden fees.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Cooperate with our investigation and provide requested documents/information promptly
• Refrain from taking actions that may hinder recovery (e.g., contacting scammers directly)
• Promptly notify us of any case developments or relevant matters
• Bear all consequences resulting from providing false information

6. No Recovery, No Fee

For cases on a contingency fee model: If, after reasonable efforts, we are unable to recover any funds, you will owe no service fee. However, third-party costs (e.g., court filing fees, notary fees, translation fees) may still be your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including text, images, logos, code) is owned by Certified Financial Recovery. Copying, distributing, or using it for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee recovery success or any specific amount
• We are not liable for the original loss caused by the fraud itself
• We are not liable for consequences resulting from third-party actions (e.g., exchange freezes, cross-border law enforcement delays)

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for reasonable fees incurred prior to termination. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you provide false information, engage in illegal conduct, or obstruct recovery efforts.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration under its rules.

11. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modified terms will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
